Responsibilities: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laborer/Helper located in Scituate, RI. The Laborer/Helper will assist with various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation. Daily responsibilities include cleaning and preparing construction sites, loading and unloading materials, and supporting skilled tradespeople. The role also involves maintaining tools and equipment, assembling and disassembling temporary structures, and adhering to safety protocols. Room for advancement within the company.

Able to pass a background check; Clean driving record; Basic knowledge of construction practices and procedures; Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment ; Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor; Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety; Good communication and teamwork skills; Previous experience in a construction or similar environment; High school diploma or equivalent; Reliable transportation to the job site in Scituate, RI
