Job description:
The Home-Based Clinical Supervisor provides support and direction to the Children and
Family Services program, assisting children/adolescents with their therapeutic goals
and objectives as outlined in their individual treatment plans.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Completing initial assessments with children/families
Developing treatment plans with families
Providing child-specific training to direct support staff working in the home
Supervise direct support staff and bachelor’s level coordinators
Coaching parents using modeling and psycho-education
Facilitating group treatments
Collaborating with outside providers such as schools, hospitals, and other
agencies
Providing outpatient therapy
Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience
A master’s level degree in human services/appropriate RI licensure (e.g. LCSW,
LICSW, LMHC)
Spanish speaking (Preferred)
Experience working with children and families
Superb organization and advocacy skills
Valid, current driver's license with an acceptable record
Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
Must meet all Rhode Island eligibility requirements for working with people with
disabilities as set forth by the Attorney General’s Office of RI.
