compassionate and dependable individuals to join our Adult Program as a Team Supervisor for our
Direct Support Professionals! This position is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking for a mix of
direct support and program management.
Team Supervisor Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage team performance
Provide supervision and training including disciplinary action
Create and manage scheduling
Maintaining professional and supportive communication
Ensure the person(s) supported remain active in their community in a way that supports their
interests, hobbies, and career choices.
Assist with the finances, maintenance, safety, and oversight of the residential home
Ensure documentation is timely, complete, and accurate
Conduct and attend team meetings
Must be flexible and available to work at least one weekend shift
On call
Ensures the clients are receiving proper care by adhering to their individual plan of care
Assists with ADL
Assists with general health
Assist in developing and carrying out goals
Provide transportation as necessary
Follow UCPRI policies and procedures
Direct Support Professional Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
2 years of experience with supporting people with intellectual, emotional, and developmental
disabilities in a Direct Support role or related experience
Supervisory experience a plus
A valid driver's license with an acceptable record
Reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance
Must be 18+ years or older
Must pass background check
First Aid and CPR certified (We provide training!)
